Additional Visa Assistance
can be booked only in addition to Full referral service.
In addition to providing the treatment confirmation we arrange
- Courier shipping of hospital confirmation document;
- Facilitating and monitoring of advance payments to hospital (if mandatory by hospital or visa authority);
- Courier shipping of proof of payment documents:
- Additional confirmation letter to visa authorities
- Telephone or telefax assistance with the visa authorities
However, we can only make sure you have all the documents you need from Germany, and we can assist you by calling the embassy. It is not within our powers to secure the visa for you.
This service fee is due as advance payment and cannot refunded if the visa is not granted to the patient for any resons that are beyond our control.
